We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can also purchase via PayPal. We will send a reply email with the confirmation of your order.
USA:
Shipping is FREE within the Continental US. All shipping within the USA is delivered via USPS Mail, unless otherwise specified.

INTERNATIONAL:
We charge a flat rate of $17.00. Shipments mail via USPS First Class International Mail. In addition all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Any returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt.

Returns are not accepted on custom orders, or sale items.

Returned items will receive a full refund, minus the shipping charges.

Exchanged items will receive store credit in the amount of what the product cost.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Once the item has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange item will be issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit transaction.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. Repairs are free of charge within 6 months of shipment date, based on normal usage. Repairs after 6 months are subject to a small materials and shipping fee.
Every item on the Laura Stark Design website is handcrafted. This means that each item is unique and may vary slightly from piece to piece. Due to the inherent nature of gemstones, slight variations in size and coloring may occur. We have made every effort to describe and represent each piece in an accurate manner. However, due to variations in monitors and browsers, we cannot guarantee that the colors you view on your screen are the exact colors of the items.
