Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to love your purchase, if you are not fully satisfied
with your purchase simply return the item within 14 days from
the date of receipt for a full refund. To receive a refund,
items must be returned in their original packaging and shipped
back via insured mail. Please insure your return for the price
of the jewelry, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
After 14 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges
will be issued. Please note that custom orders and sale items
cannot be exchanged or returned.
Repairs:
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry.
Repairs are free of charge within 6 months of shipment date,
based on normal usage. Repairs after 6 months are subject
to a small materials and shipping fee.
