All Prices are in US Dollars.

Ordering & Payment Information:

We accept major credit cards through PayPal, a 100% secure server. We will send a reply email with the confirmation of your order. Alternately, if you would like to pay by check, please email us at orders@laurastark.com. Once your check has cleared we will ship the item to you. Laura Stark Designs handcrafts each piece of jewelry, so please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. If you have any questions, please send us an email at info@laurastark.com

Sales Tax:

Laura Stark Designs charges sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of New York.

Delivery & Shipping:

All shipping is via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, unless otherwise specified. International Shipments may require additional postage, in addition all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges:

Any refund or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued minus shipping charges. Shipping costs for returning an item is the responsibility of the buyer. Please insure your exchange for the price of the jewelry, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. After 7 days from receipt of purchase, no exchanges will be issued. Jewelry can be exchanged for a different item in our collection. Please note that custom orders and sale items cannot be exchanged.

Repairs:

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry. Repairs are free of charge within 6 months of shipment date, based on normal usage. Repairs after 6 months are subject to a small materials and shipping fee.

A Note Regarding Item Descriptions:

Every item on the Laura Stark Design website is handcrafted. This means that each item is unique and may vary slightly from piece to piece. Due to the inherent nature of gemstones, slight variations in size and coloring may occur. We have made every effort to describe and represent each piece in an accurate manner. However, due to variations in monitors and browsers, we cannot guarantee that the colors you view on your screen are the exact colors of the items.

Laura Stark.com reserves the right to refuse any order due to suspected fraud or illegal activity.
